Can I change which wallet it points to?

Yes. Repoint the code to a different provider or link anytime without reprinting the sign.

Can I set the amount in the QR code so customers do not have to type it?

That depends entirely on your payment provider: if it can generate a link with an amount already set, the code can carry that link. QRmkr encodes and redirects the link, it does not build payment requests or set amounts itself. For a fixed-price stall this works well, and for variable amounts most sellers point the code at a generic pay page and let the customer enter the figure.

What should I do if my payment sign gets tampered with or covered by someone else's sticker?

Check your signs at open and close, since sticker-over-sticker fraud is the real risk with public payment codes rather than anything in the code itself. Laminating and mounting the sign behind a rigid frame makes swapping it harder. Because the code is dynamic you can repoint it instantly if your account or payment link is ever compromised, without reprinting your signage.
