Will my free QR code really never expire?
Really. A static code encodes your URL directly into the pattern - it doesn't touch our servers when scanned. It will work if we go out of business. Generators that “expire” free codes are quietly making them dynamic to hold them hostage.
What happens to dynamic codes if I cancel?
Dynamic codes redirect through us, so they need an active plan. You'll get warnings before anything stops, and you can re-point or export everything first. Your static codes are untouched - they're yours.
Do scanned users see ads?
Never, on any plan including Free. Scans go straight to your destination. Ad-supported scanning is the other trick we don't do.
Do the AI art codes actually scan?
Every generated piece is machine-verified with a real decoder before you see it. If it doesn't scan, it doesn't ship - you only ever download working codes.
