QR codes that move - and still scan

QRmkr weaves your code into living, looping AI artwork where every single frame stays scannable on any phone. Motion QR at self-serve pricing - something no other US platform ships.

Real generations - every frame of each clip was verified to decode before export.

Four ways to move

Pick a motion style to match the mood - subtle enough for a brand, alive enough to stop a scroll.

Shimmer

A highlight band sweeps diagonally across the art - a living, catch-the-light glimmer.

Pulse

The whole image breathes: colour and brightness rise and fall on a slow, calm loop.

Pan

The colour field slides sideways, so the artwork drifts behind the code like parallax.

Drift

A gentle vertical parallax with a soft hue drift - dreamy, ambient motion.

How it works: every frame stays scannable

Animated art QR sounds risky - if the picture moves, won't the code break? The trick is that QR decoding depends on luminance contrast (dark modules vs. light), not colour. Our pipeline first generates a verified-scannable base with DiffQRCoder scanning-robust guidance, then animates colour and texture while holding each module's light/dark relationship inside the scanner's tolerance. Finally, every frame is decoded by a real reader before you get the clip - and if motion would break a frame, we automatically calm it or fall back to the static code. No dead frames, ever.

FAQ

Do all the frames really scan?
Yes - that's the whole point. Each frame is decoded by a real QR reader before the clip is delivered. If motion would break a frame, we automatically calm it down or fall back to a static code. You never get a GIF with a dead frame.
Why does an animated QR still work when the picture is moving?
QR scanning depends on luminance contrast - dark modules vs. light ones - not colour. Our motion animates colour and texture while holding each module's light/dark relationship inside the scanner's tolerance, so the code stays readable the whole loop.
Where can I use an animated QR code?
Anywhere a GIF or short video plays: social posts, stories and Reels, email, digital signage, websites, presentations, and screens at events. For print, use the static version - motion needs a screen.
Is this different from a spinning-logo 'animated QR'?
Very. Most 'animated QR' tools just animate a logo or a border around a plain code. Here the artwork itself is generated and in motion, with the code woven through it - and every frame is validated scannable.
