How it stays scannable
Most "artistic QR" tools trade away readability - printed, they often fail to scan. We implement DiffQRCoder, which guides the diffusion model with a loss that scores how reliably each module will decode, plus a final latent-space refinement pass. The published method lifts scanning success from ~60% to ~99% while keeping the image attractive. Every code you generate shows its module read-rate so you can judge it before printing.
