What we can help with
- Getting started. How dynamic codes work, creating your first code, or choosing static vs. dynamic for what you print.
- Billing & plans. Upgrading to Pro, switching between monthly and annual, invoices, or cancelling.
- Your codes & analytics.Editing a printed code's destination, reading scan data, or exporting a CSV.
- Something not working.A code that won't scan, a dashboard issue, or anything that looks off - tell us what you saw and we'll dig in.
We're a small team and read every message. Most emails get a reply within one business day. If your question is about a specific code, include its title or link so we can look it up faster. For account-security matters, email us from the address on your account.
Before you write - quick fixes
My code doesn't scan
Nine times out of ten it's contrast or size. Keep dark modules on a light background (never the reverse), print at least 2 × 2 cm (0.8 in) for arm's-length scanning, and leave a white margin around the code. If you customized colors, test a plain black-on-white version of the same code to isolate the issue.
My dynamic code goes to the wrong place
Open the code in your dashboard and check its current destination - edits apply instantly, no reprint needed. Also make sure the destination URL itself is live and starts with https://.
Billing questions
Plan changes, invoices, and cancellation are self-serve from the billing section of your dashboard. Current plans and what each includes are on the pricing page. If a charge looks wrong, email us the invoice number and we'll sort it out.
Will my codes stop working?
Static codes never expire and don't depend on our servers. Dynamic codes keep redirecting as long as your account is in good standing - see static vs dynamic QR codes for the full picture.
